ITV, BBC & SKY have used various aspects of the farm & love the versatility. The farmhouse has an unusual aspect with external doors on 3 sides, so can look like a small cottage, but with a spacious & free flowing interior, or, a larger dwelling.

On the site there are a lot of contradictions and contrast.

• The old farmhouse is basic, quirky & rustic, a four bed house which until recently was totally off grid & unconverted. It has unique roof conversion since the pointed oast roofs were knocked off by a doodlebug in the 2nd world war.

• Octagonal 6m garden room with woodburner - as a bespoke design it is the the only one in the UK - built during lockdown for a bar in Shoreditch, & purchased on ebay.

• Self-contained newly converted open plan modern oast apartment.
